If you have never done business with FARRIER & IVES Ltd., you must get prior approval from us to pay by check (checks are not cash). Please use our Check Approval Form below, print and fill it out (by you and your bank) and fax to us within 48 hours of the auction you plan to attend.
Please bring the "original" form with you and present it when you register for the auction.

Bank Letter
Some of our auctions require Buyers to have a current "Bank Letter Of Guarantee" to accompany your check (even if you have purchased from us in the past). This is a letter from your financial institution stating they will guarantee your check up to a certain dollar amount. Our sample letter is for your financial institution to use as a guide - not for actual use!
Note: Your bank may charge a fee for this letter.
Please bring the "original" letter with you and present it when you register for the auction.
